Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup maida


  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder


  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  • 1/4 cup butter


  • 3/4 cup milk


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • Ganache 2 cup


  • Gems 6-7 packets

Directions

  • Seive maida,cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda
  • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
  • Add dry ingredients
  • Add milk as needed
  • Beat well until light and fluffy
  • Pour batter into the dusted pan
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree
  • Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180 degree
  • Let it cool
  • Cover with ganache
  • Now stick gems on cake
  • Stick gems on a straw using melted chocolate
  • Now put the straw on the cake
  • Keep the cake into the frezzer for 1 hour
  • Cake is ready to serve.
