In a mixing bowl add melted butter , sugar , condensed milk , pineapple chunks , salt, pineapple essence and vanilla essence. Whisk very well for about 5 minutes.
In another bowl sieve flour , baking powder and baking soda thrice. Combine dry ingredient into wet mixture laddle by laddle and mix.
Now add milk to make a smooth bater. Mean while preheat the pan for 45 minutes with lid on.
Grease the tin with butter and sprinkle some flour; tap outward to remove extra flour. Now pour the batter and tap twice to release air bubbles.
Bake the cake for 45 minutes in low-medium flame. When its done check with toothpick and allow to cool completely. Demould the cake and set aside.
Now whip the cream with powdered sugar, pineapple essence until firm peak. Dont over whip the cream. Fill the whipped cream in piping bag and set aside. Prepare the neutral gel by dividing into two parts and add pink and green colour , mix and set aside.
Now place the cake and carefully trim the upper part of the cake to give a dome shape. Cut into two layers of the cake then apply sugar syrup , spread pinapple chunks and then whipped cream. Place second layer and apply thick layer of whipped cream all over the cake.
Now make strip design all over the cake using toothpick. Next make one thick design opposite to strip design using spatula. On that thick design carefully drop the neutral gel one by one.
Make the upper flower using whipped cream and apply pineapple gel. Make leaf design and give details.
Spread some sprinkles and chill thr cake for half an hour.
Take the cake out , slice it and serve.
