Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 200 gm condensed milk

  • 100 gm butter100 ml oil

  • 1 cup sugar powder

  • 250 ml beetroot juice

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda

  • 2 tsp sprig vanilla essence

  • 4 small munch chocolate (for icing)

  • 1 cup chilled whipped cream

Directions

    Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes.

    Grease and dust the cake tin.

  • 03

    Mix with beater butter,sugar and oil .

    Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix them well.

  • 05

    Now add beaten butter, vanilla essence and beetroot juice in the flour and mix them well.

    Add make a smooth batter.

    Pour this mixture in the greased cake tin.

    Bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree for 35 minutes

    Remove it and cover with wet towel to let it be cool

    Add 1/4 cup beetroot juice in whipped cream n mix with whipping machine and make it fluffy.

    Icing with this whipped Cream in desirable design
