Grease and dust the cake mould.
Mix well the cream and sugar and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
Sieve all purpose flour, Baking soda and baking powder 3 times.
Now mix choco chips into the all purpose flour.
Add sprig gourmet vanilla extract in the cream sugar mixture and mix it well.
Now add the cream mixture and sieved flour together then add little little milk and cut fold it and make a fine batter. Transfer the batter in the mould.
Keep the mould into the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Check with the help of the toothpick if properly baked, if comes out clean then remove the mould.
Demould once cooled
Now cut the cake into two layers.
Sprinkle some sugar syrup on a part.
Take whipped cream in a bowl then mix sprig gourmet vanilla extract and mix it up well.
Now apply the whipped cream on the part on which sugar syrup was applied.
Keep another part on it and repeat the same process with another part.
Cover the whole cake with cream
Decorate with chocolate vermicelli.
Serve.
