In a mixing bowl add melted butter , sugar , strawberry pulp , salt, strawberry essence and vanilla essence. Whisk very well for about 5 minutes.
In another bowl sieve flour , baking powder and baking soda thrice. Combine dry ingredient into wet mixture laddle by laddle and mix.
Now add milk to make a smooth bater. Mean while preheat the pan for 45 minutes.
Grease the tin with butter and sprinkle some flour; tap to remove extra flour. Now pour the batter and tap twice to release air bubbles.
Bake the cake for 45 minutes in low-medium flame. When its done check with toothpick and allow to cool completely. Demould the cake and set aside.
Now in a large mixing bowl pour cream and using hand blender whisk it well to give 1 peak texture. Now add powdered sugar, strawberry essence and whisk again. Dont over beat the cream other wise it will get curdles. Now divide the whipped cream into three portion.
In one portion add 1 drop of pink food gel color and mix. In another bowl add half drop of pink color it will give light pink color. And in third portion add half drop of green food gel color.
Now fill the whipped cream in piping bag and keep aside.
Slice the cake into two layers then apply sugar syrup on the botton layer. Next spread dark pink color whipped cream evenly , then place tfe second layer of the cake and apply dark pink whipped cream all over the cake. Use spatula to give smooth and even texture to cake.
Next decorate the cake by making roses using light pink and leaves using light green colour.
Spread some sprinkle and chill the cake for half an hour.
Next take the cake out and slice it. Enjoy the cake with your family and friends.
