Preheat oven to 180C for 10 minutes.
Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add oil, milk, powdered sugar, sprig vanilla and again beat for 3 minutes.
Sieve all purpose flour, coco powder, baking powder 2-3 times.
Now add the dry ingredients into wet and mix with rubber spatula in a cut and fold method.
Pour the batter in a 8" round pan and bake for 30 minutes or a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool the cake and cut round shapes with a lid.
For the mousse whip the cream until stiff peaks form with icing sugar and sprig vanilla.
Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler and after cooling pour the melted chocolate in the whipped cream and whip again.
Mix chocolate chips and give it a good mix.
Now place one round sponge on the plate.
Cover the top with mousse.
Place another round over it.
Measure and cut the transfer sheet to cover the sides of the cake completely.
Now melt some dark compound and spread it over the transfer sheet.
Place the sheet around the cake.
After it is set remove the plastic.
Now decorate the top with strawberry and chocolate mousse.
Make another round shape with chocolate transfer sheet for the cover.
