Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour


  • 1/4 cup soft butter


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 1/2 cup butter milk


  • 1/2 teaspoon vinger


  • 1/3 cup powder sugar


  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence


  • 2 tablespoon red food color


  • Frosting


  • 250 gram cream cheese


  • 1/4 cup soft butter


  • 2 cup powder sugar


  • 1 cup whipped cream


  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions

  • Preheat the oven 180 degree.
  • Take a large bowl and sift all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Take another bowl add butter and sugar whisk it.
  • Then Add oil,egg one by one beat them till mixture is creamy.
  • Add butter milk and whisk well.
  • Then slightly beat the egg and sugar with flour,vinger, vanilla essence and food color mix it well.
  • Greas a baking pans with butter and dust with flour.
  • Transfer the mixture in baking pans .
  • Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Remove the cake from oven and put on the cooling rack and cool completely.
  • Take a large bowl add cream cheese, butter, powder sugar and beat on medium flame until mixture is creamy and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla essence,whipped cream and flod the frosting.
  • Spread the between the layres on the sides and top of the cake.
  • Now red Velvet cake is ready.
