Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup soft butter

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1/2 cup butter milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon vinger

  • 1/3 cup powder sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 2 tablespoon red food color

  • Frosting

  • 250 gram cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup soft butter

  • 2 cup powder sugar

  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions

    Preheat the oven 180 degree.

    Take a large bowl and sift all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.

    Take another bowl add butter and sugar whisk it.

  • 04

    Then Add oil,egg one by one beat them till mixture is creamy.

    Add butter milk and whisk well.

  • 06

    Then slightly beat the egg and sugar with flour,vinger, vanilla essence and food color mix it well.

    Greas a baking pans with butter and dust with flour.

    Transfer the mixture in baking pans .

    Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Remove the cake from oven and put on the cooling rack and cool completely.

    Take a large bowl add cream cheese, butter, powder sugar and beat on medium flame until mixture is creamy and fluffy.

    Add vanilla essence,whipped cream and flod the frosting.

    Spread the between the layres on the sides and top of the cake.

    Now red Velvet cake is ready.
