Til or sesame seeds 3/4 cup
All purpose flour 1 bowl
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Oil 1/4 cup
Butter 25 gram
Raisins 1/4 cup
Truity fruity 2 teaspoon
Keep all ingredients together.
Take 1 bowl all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 cup powdered sugar in a bowl and mix everything.
Strain this mixture.
Add 1/4 cup oil , 25 gram butter and mix well.
Add 2 eggs and beat it for about 2 minutes with a beater.
Add 1/2 cup sesame seeds and mix properly.
Add raisins, truity fruity and mix again. Batter is ready.
Heat kadai on a low flame.
Grease the cake dish with oil.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds and spread around the cake dish fully.
After that pour this batter in greased cake dish.
Spread leftover sesame seeds on this batter.
Add raisins and cherry on it.
Now add 1 cup salt in heated kadai.
Place the cake dish in kadai and close the kadai with lid.
Bake it for about 5 minutes on medium flame and next 40 minutes on low flame.
Now switch off the gas and remove cake dish from kadai and cool it completely.
After cooling take this til cake on a plate.
Serve this til cake and enjoy.
