Beetroot Red velvet Cake With Kiwi Shreekhand Frosting

  • Maida 1/2cup

  • Caster sugar 1/2cup

  • 2 eggs

  • Milk powder 1tbsp

  • Baking powder 1tsp

  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp

  • Beetroot pulp 1/2cup

  • 1tsp Vanilla extract

  • Baking tray 14 × 10 inch

  • Strawberry juice 1/2cup

  • For frosting 2 cups shreekhand

  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh kiwi

  • 1/2cuo fresh cream

  • 1 cup icing sugar


  • Powder milk powder baking powder into maida and sieve it and keep aside
  • Beet sugar with S and make it fluffy
  • Blend maida into eggs sugar mixture
  • Beetroot pulp and vanilla essence to the mixture
  • Check the consistency of the batter
  • Bake into preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degree
  • Take out the cake from the tray
  • Cut the cake in roundels and four little strawberry juice and keep aside
  • Big Bowl add Shrikhand and fresh cream in it
  • Whisk it well and mix chopped kiwi in it .
  • Take a serving plate pour some shree khand frosting over it .and set the one slice of cake on it .
  • Spread kiwi shreekhand frosting over it .and place the anorher cake slice .
  • Spread shree khand fristing over it and cover them with frosting.
  • Keep in fridge for 1 hour to set .
  • Decorate with sponge cake crumb and white chocolate hearts.
  • Sprinkle some edible silver pearl over it .
  • Decorate with fresh strawberry hearts .
