Preheat microwave oven at 180 ,' celcius
Seive all dry ingredients in a bowl,2-3 times
Beat butter( room temperature), with beater or mixer for 2-3 minutes
Add condensed milk in it ,beat until light and fluffy
Add gradually dry ingredients in to wet,add thums up and vanilla extract in the mixture mix until well combined
Add nuts mix well
Pour the batter in greased lined microwave safe bowl
Tap tin to remove air
Put tin in preheated oven and bake cake for 20-25 minutes
Once baked remove from oven
Let it cool
In another bowl add butter,sugar,milk,vanilla,pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients well until light and fluffy
Cut the cake in two halfs
Spread some sugar syrup on one side
Now spread butter cream frosting with knife
Cover with another half
Spread cream all over
Decorate with desired topping
