Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Boiled Eggs - 4

  • Oil - 3 TSP

  • Fennel seeds - 1/2 TSP

  • Clove - 3

  • Cinnamon Stick - 1

  • Onions - 2

  • Curry Leaves - 10

  • Tomato - 1

  • Coconut(for paste) - 1pc

  • Fennel seeds(for paste) - 1TSP

  • Clove((for paste) - 3

  • Garlic(for paste) - 3

  • Ginger(for paste) - 3

  • Corainder Powder - 3TSP

  • Chilli Powder - 2TSP

  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 TSP

Directions

    Take 4 boiled eggs and cut on the sides of the eggs

  • 02

    In a pan, add three teaspoon oil

  • 03

    Add fennel seeds, cloves and cinnamon stick for seasoning

  • 04

    After 2 mins, add chopped onions

  • 05

    Sauté till cooked

  • 06

    Add curry leaves

  • 07

    After chopped onions are cooked, add chopped tomatoes

  • 08

    Sauté till tomatoes are cooked

  • 09

    Grind coconut, fennel seeds, cloves, ginger and garlic as a paste

    Add coriander powder

  • 11

    Add two teaspoon chilli powder

  • 12

    Add turmeric powder

    Mix all the ingredients well

    Add the grinded coconut paste and mix it well

    Add one cup of water

  • 16

    Add salt to taste

    Close and cook in medium flame for 10 mins

    After 10 mins add the boiled eggs to the gravy

    Mix the ingredients well

    Yummy egg gravy is ready :)
