Maida - 1 cup.
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup.
Milk - 1/2 cup.
Baking Soda - 1/2 spoon.
Baking powder - 1/2 spoon.
Rooh afja - 2 table spoon.
Rose Water - 1 teaspoon.
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
Oil - 4 tablespoon.
Cardamom powder - 1/2 spoon.
Directions
Seive all powdered ingredients, keep aside.
Mix all liquid ingredients properly on the other side.
Now mix both and beat well.
Grease a baking tin, pour the batter inside.
Keep in preheated oven at 150 degree for 40 min
rose cake is ready. Cut it into pieces and serve it.
