Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 cup Plain Flour / Maida

  • 1/2 cup Semolina

  • 1 cup milk pwd

  • 1 cup powder Sugar

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 cup Oil

  • 1cup milk or as required

  • /2 cup mix dry fruit chopped

  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence

Directions

    Preheat oven at 150 degreeĀ°C.

    First take all wet ingredients in to bowl and mix very well, to remove any lumps . Then sieve dry ingredients with in wet ingredients.

    Mix wet ingredients well with dry ingredients. Fold in mix dry fruit,rapped in maida into the batter. Then scoop batter in to silicon mould, put little dryfruit on top also

    Bake in the oven at 150 degreeĀ°C for 25 mins or until toothpick inserted comes outclear. After muffins are baked, remove moulds from oven and place on the cooling rack.
