Beat sugar and egg together till ribbon consistency
Make sure proper air is filled
Add in the pineapple Essence to the batter
Sieve maida and 1 tsp baking powder
Slowly add into the batter
Mix with cut and fold method
Keep a pan ready with ButterPaper at the base
Preheat the oven at 180 ℃ for 10 Minutes
Bake the cake at l80 for 50 minutes
Insert a satte stik in between... If it comes clean, Cake is cooked
Rest the cake atleast for sometime
Cut into layers
Whip the whipping cream till soft peaks
Take a cake board and keep the 1st layer of cake on it
Apply pineapple juice/crush
Pour in whipping cream and flatten with spatula
Add in pineapple pieces
Put 2nd layer and 3rd layer with same procedure
Now apply cream on top
Flatten with spatula
Cover the cake all over, make different type of roses as we have in garden, put powder spray colours on flowers, makes leaves and decorate well
Serve at room temperature
