Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 8 tablespoon unsalted butter


  • 1 1/2cups sugar


  • 2 eggs


  • 5 table spoon unsweetened cocoa powder


  • 3 table spoon red food colour


  • 1 teaspoon sprig vanilla extract


  • 1 cup buttermilk


  • 2 1/4 all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1tsp baking soda


  • 1table spoon white vinegar


  • 2 cups chopped white chocolate 1 cup fresh cream


  • 1 cup salted butter


  • 2 cups cream cheese


  • 3 1/2cup icing sugar


  • 2 table spoon vanilla extract


  • 2 table spoon dark choco chips

Directions

  • Pre heat oven to 180℃
  • Grease 9 × 13 inch baking tin
  • Cream the butter and sugar untill light and fluffy .
  • Add eggs and whisk on high speed
  • Mix cocoa powder , vanilla extract, red food. Color , in a separate bowl. and mix well .
  • Add this mixture to the batter
  • Add butter milk and mix flour slowly into the mixture .
  • Add salt , baking powder ,baking soda and vinegar and make a smooth paste.
  • Pour the batter into the greased baking tin
  • Bake until skewer inserted into the center comes out clean , about 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and immediately poke holes all over the cake with a straw Or skewer .
  • Heat chopped white chocolate and fresh cream together for 30 second in microwave and make a smooth flowy chocolate sauce keep aside for cooling at room temperature
  • After cooling the sauce, slowly pour over the top of cake evenly .
  • Now make frosting ..
  • Add cream cheese ,butter ,sugar and vanilla extract in abig bowl and whisk it on high . .
  • Spread the frosting evenly over the top of the cake and decorate with dark chocochips .
