Preheated the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes. .
Grease the baking tin with some vegetable oil.
In a bowl sift together flour , cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda . Keep aside.
In a separate bowl whisk together butter , sugar and vanilla extract .
Now gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold them gently.
Now add milk and mix well..do not over-mix
Pour it in a greased tin.
Bake it for 30 minutes or till the toothpick inserted comes out clean
In double boiler add heavy creme and 200 gram dark chocolate chips together. .stir constantly for 10 minutes.
Add butter ( optional ) chocolate ganache is ready. .keep aside and cool completely.
Sugar syrup : in small bowl add 1 tablespoon sugar and 2 tablespoon water mix well till sugar dissolve. .
Now cut the cake in two layers. .Place 1 layer, . flat side up, on a plate or cake stand . apply sugar syrup on first layer. With a knife or offset spatula, spread the top with frosting. Place the second layer on top, rounded side up, apply sugar syrup and spread the frosting evenly on the top and sides of the cake. .
Clean extra creme from sides. Refrigerate for 10 minutes
Meanwhile fill ganache in piping bag .. and drizzle it over cakes.
Fill frosting in piping bag and make flowers from it.
Your cake is ready.
