Sieve the dry ingredients and keep them aside
In a mixer Blender add sugar fresh cream egg yolks and blend till the sugar dissolve
Take out the mixture from Blender in a bowl and add yellow food colour butterscotch essence and butterscotch syrup
Fold the dry ingredients slowly until no lumps
Beat the egg whites till soft peak
Fold the egg whites slowly in the mixture
Spread the chopped Almonds on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 30 to 35 minutes till a skewer comes out clean
Demould when cool and add butterscotch syrup before serving
