First of all sift APF, cocoa powder, powder sugar and baking powder two to three times
In a mixing bowl beat eggs, sprig vanilla extract, milk and oil until light and fluffy
Add sifted flour to beaten mixture amd and prepare a uniform cake batter
Grease a oven proof baking dish amd and line it with parchment paper or butter paper
Again grease butter paper or parchment paper with some oil
Pour the ready cake batter into prepared dish
Microwave for 5 minutes on high temperature
Let it cool for some time and then demould it
Now carefully remove the parchment paper from cake , take another parchment paper and sprinkle some powder sugar on it
Place the cake carefully on powder sugar sprinkled parchment paper
Now carefully fold both in a tight roll , when cake is still hot
Wrap it from all over with cling film , seal the ends and place it in refrigerator for 3-4 hours
After 3-4 hours , remove the set cake from refrigerator, carefully remove the parchment paper and gently open it
Take whipped cream , and with the help of a knife, spead sufficient amount of cream over cake
Now again carefully roll the cake tightly, and wrap it in parchment paper , seal the ends and refrigerate for next 2-3 hours
Later remove the parchment paper , cut the rolls , garnish as per need and and serve
