In 100 ml milk add 1/2 tsp vinegar and rest till 15 minutes
In a bowl seive maida, baking powder,baking soda
Add sugar,mix well
Cut the cold butter in to small pieces,rub with fork or finger tips until the butter is reduced to small size or size of rice grains
Add nuts and chips
In milk add vanilla extract mix well
Now add milk in flour mix
Mix together till dough comes together .add cocod powder and press dough on to a plain surface to 6-7 inch round
Cutin to 8 wedges
Transfer wedges to microwave baking dish
Brush with butter or milk
Bake for 30-35 minutes on 180 degree Celsius or until golden brown from surface
Remove from microwave
Let it cool on wire rack ,store in airtight container for 4-5 days
