Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour - 3/4 cup

  • Sprig Salted caramel sauce - 4 tbsps

  • Chocolate chips - 2 tbsps

  • Cocoa powder - 3 tbsps

  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp

  • Curd - 2 tbsps

  • Sugar - 1/2 cup

  • Oil - 1/4 cup

  • Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Grease the cake pan with oil. Preheat oven @180 for 10 mins.

    Add baking soda and curd in a mixing bowl, mix well and keep aside.

    Add the all purpose flour, baking powder and Cocoa powder in a bowl. Seive them together and combine them well.

    Take the curd mixture, add sugar and vanilla essence to the curd mixture. Stir and mix well till smooth.

    Add oil and combine them well. Add the flour mixture, chocolate chips and gently fold them.

    Pour half the batter and add 3 tbsps caramel sauce and level it. Pour the remaining batter and level it well. Tab the cake pan for 2-3 times.

    Bake at preheated oven @180° for 30-35 mins.

    Let it cool down completely, invert, and cut.

    Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the sliced cake and serve.
