Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • All Purpose Flour - 3/4 cup


  • Sprig Salted caramel sauce - 4 tbsps


  • Chocolate chips - 2 tbsps


  • Cocoa powder - 3 tbsps


  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp


  • Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp


  • Curd - 2 tbsps


  • Sugar - 1/2 cup


  • Oil - 1/4 cup


  • Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Grease the cake pan with oil. Preheat oven @180 for 10 mins.
  • Add baking soda and curd in a mixing bowl, mix well and keep aside.
  • Add the all purpose flour, baking powder and Cocoa powder in a bowl. Seive them together and combine them well.
  • Take the curd mixture, add sugar and vanilla essence to the curd mixture. Stir and mix well till smooth.
  • Add oil and combine them well. Add the flour mixture, chocolate chips and gently fold them.
  • Pour half the batter and add 3 tbsps caramel sauce and level it. Pour the remaining batter and level it well. Tab the cake pan for 2-3 times.
  • Bake at preheated oven @180° for 30-35 mins.
  • Let it cool down completely, invert, and cut.
  • Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the sliced cake and serve.
