Add water in milk powder and beat it well . Boil it in a pan .
Add 2 tablespoons water in lemon juice and add it to boiling milk .
Boil on high flame for 3 - 4 minutes or till the milk separates from water . Remove it from heat and add 1 cup of cold water in it and cover it for 10 minutes .
Now take a thin cloth and put milk in it and drain all the water . Now , this is ready to homemade cheese which is left in cloth .
In a large mixing bowl add date jaggery , yogurt , condensed milk and cardamom powder and ghee and crumble paneer mix it well .
Now add the almond powder and again mix well .
Take a baking fish and grease it lightly ghee .
Now pour the mixture into the baking pan and press it firmly .
Pre - heat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes .
Bake the Sandesh for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Remove from oven and cut it in any shape .
