Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 3 tablespoon butter


  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1 tablespoon chai Spiced powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1 pinch of baking soda


  • For Frosting :: 2 cup whipping creme


  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder or cardamom powder

Directions

  • Cream together the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. 
  • Add milk and tea masala powder in it and mix together.
  • Add 1 cup all purpose flour gradually and fold gently.
  • Add baking powder and baking soda mix well..
  • Fill the cupcake or muffin liners between 1/2 full..
  • Bake for 15 – 18 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean, and the tops of the cakes are golden brown and spring back when gently pressed.
  • Mix whipping creme and cinnamon powder together. .. Pipe the frosting on each cupcake and enjoy!
