Cream together the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.
Add milk and tea masala powder in it and mix together.
Add 1 cup all purpose flour gradually and fold gently.
Add baking powder and baking soda mix well..
Fill the cupcake or muffin liners between 1/2 full..
Bake for 15 – 18 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean, and the tops of the cakes are golden brown and spring back when gently pressed.
Mix whipping creme and cinnamon powder together. .. Pipe the frosting on each cupcake and enjoy!
