Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 2 cup


  • Cream 1 cup


  • Milk 1 cup


  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon


  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon


  • Sprig gourmet vanilla extrac 1 teaspoon


  • Red food colour 1/2 teaspoon


  • Orange food colour 1/2 teaspoon


  • Yellow food colour 1/2 teaspoon


  • Green food colour 1/2 teaspoon


  • Blue food colour 1/2 teaspoon


  • Indigo food colour 1/2 teaspoon


  • Violet food colour 1/2 teaspoon


  • Rose essence 1/2 teaspoon


  • Saffron food essence 1/2 teaspoon


  • Lemon essence 1/2 teaspoon


  • Cardamom essence 1/2 teaspoon


  • Mint essence 1/2 teaspoon


  • Butterscotch essence 1/2 teaspoon


  • Bubblegum essence 1/2 teaspoon


  • Sugar 1 cup

Directions

  • Grease and dust the cake mould.
  • Mix well the cream and sugar and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
  • Sieve all purpose flour, Baking soda and baking powder 3 times.
  • Add sprig gourmet vanilla extract in the cream sugar mixture and mix it well.
  • Now add the cream mixture and sieved flour together then add little little milk and cut fold it and make a fine batter.
  • Now transfer the batter equally into 7 small bowls.
  • Add one color and one essence in each bowl and mix it up well.
  • Now transfer all the batters into the greased and dusted mould.
  • Now keep the mould into the preheated oven.
  • Check with the help of a toothpick if properly baked, if it comes out clean then remove the mould.
  • Demould once cooled.
  • Serve
