  • 1 - 3/4 cup cup all purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 60 gram white butter

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup Strawberry crush

  • For creme cheese Frosting : 1/2 cup white butter

  • 2 cup cup creme cheese

  • 1 1/2 cup cup powdered sugar or icing sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon Strawberry essence

  • 1 drop of pink colour


  • Combine the all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder in a deep bowl. Mix well and keep aside.
  • Combine the butter and sugar in a deep bowl and mix well till it is smooth and light using a spatula.
  • Add maida in three parts along with 2 -2 tablespoon milk..all the while whisking the mixture to ensure there are no lumps..
  • Add 1 tablespoon in Strawberry crush and mix well add this crush in to the better. mix them all together.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into each silicone moulds.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow cupcakes to cool .while the cupcakes are cooling, you can start making the icing. Beat together the cream cheese and butter until evenly combined. 
  • Add powder sugar in beaches and mix well. Add pink colour and assence. Whisk well..
  • Frosting the cupcakes by spooning the batter into a piping bag and piping a swiral.
