Combine the all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder in a deep bowl. Mix well and keep aside.
Combine the butter and sugar in a deep bowl and mix well till it is smooth and light using a spatula.
Add maida in three parts along with 2 -2 tablespoon milk..all the while whisking the mixture to ensure there are no lumps..
Add 1 tablespoon in Strawberry crush and mix well add this crush in to the better. mix them all together.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into each silicone moulds.
Bake for 25 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Allow cupcakes to cool .while the cupcakes are cooling, you can start making the icing. Beat together the cream cheese and butter until evenly combined.
Add powder sugar in beaches and mix well. Add pink colour and assence. Whisk well..
Frosting the cupcakes by spooning the batter into a piping bag and piping a swiral.
