Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Maida 37 grms


  • Self Raising Flour 75 grms


  • Butter 100 grms


  • Lemon Zest 1/2 tsp


  • Caster Sugar 75 grms


  • Eggs 2 Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp


  • For Toppings


  • Honey 25ml


  • Orange Candid Peel 15 grms


  • Almond Flakes 25 grms


  • Tutti Frutti 20 grms


  • Glazed Cherries 20 grms

Directions

  • Beat butter, caster sugar and lemon zest till light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time and vanilla extract mix nicely. Do not over mix.
  • Now add the dry ingredients and fold with spatula.
  • Pour into baking tin and bake at preheated oven 180℃ for 25-30 mins.
  • Now let it cool.
  • Mix the all the topping ingredients into one bowl and apply on the cooled cake.
