Beat butter, caster sugar and lemon zest till light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and vanilla extract mix nicely. Do not over mix.
Now add the dry ingredients and fold with spatula.
Pour into baking tin and bake at preheated oven 180℃ for 25-30 mins.
Now let it cool.
Mix the all the topping ingredients into one bowl and apply on the cooled cake.
