Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 11/2 cup all purpose flour


  • 1 cup curd


  • 3/4 cup sugar


  • 2 tbsp milk


  • 1 tsp sprig vanilla essence


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 180°
  • Sieve dry ingredients
  • Mix curd and sugar till creamy
  • Add dry ingredients and mix it in cut and fold method
  • Add sprig vanilla essence and milk and mix it
  • Pour batter in greased mould and bake it for 20 minutes
  • Cool on wire rack and cut in slices
