Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 11/4 cup all purpose flour


  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  • 1/2 cup oil


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp sprig vanilla essence


  • 1/4 tsp yellow food colour


  • 6 inch oil greased pan

Directions

  • Mix vinegar in milk and keep aside for 5 min
  • Mix oil in it and whisk
  • Add all purpose flour,sugar,baking powder,baking soda,salt and mix well
  • Add vanilla and yellow food colour and mix
  • Pour batter in greased pan and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180°
  • Cut in slices and place on greased pan to bake it again for 8 minutes
  • Flip the cake slices carefully and cook it again for 7 minutes
  • Cool it down and enjoy with tea
