  • whole wheat flour 200 gms
  • brown sugar 150 gm
  • dessicated ccoconut 1/2 cup
  • Lemon zest 1 tsp
  • fresh curd 100 gms
  • oil 100 ml
  • milk 100 ml
  • baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • sift all dry ingredients together and keep aside
  • mix oil curd and sugar together add zest
  • mix dry and wet mix together to make smooth batter
