Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda 3 times.In a grinder add milk, 1/2 teaspoon green food colour and 6 choped betel leaves.

Take homemade cream and sugar and mix it up well until fluffy, then add 1/2 teaspoon green food colour in it.
Then add sprig gourmet vanilla extract in it and mix it up with the mixture.
Then add sieved flour mixture in it and mix it up well.
Then start adding little little milk in it, and mix it nicely.
Transfer the batter into the greased and dusted mould.
Keep the mould into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Check with the help of the toothpick if properly baked, once baked remove the mould.
Demould once cooled.
Now cut the cake into two layers.
Sprinkle some sugar syrup on a part.
Take whipped cream in a bowl, now add the leftover green food colour and mix. Then add pan essence and mix it up well.
Now apply the whipped cream on the part on which sugar syrup was applied.
Keep another part on it and repeat the same process with another part.
Cover the whole cake with cream
Decorate with red papaya cheery and betel leaf.
Serve.
