  • Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Cocoa powder 1/4 cup powdered Sugar 3/4 cup Salt 1/4 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp


  • Milk 1/2 cup Curd 1/4 cup Oil 4 tbsp Vanilla essence 1 tsp Walnuts chopped few For Syrup Sugar 5 Tbsp Water 1 cup Coffee 1 tsp For Mousse Chocolate 1/2 cup Whipping Cream 1/2 Cup Vanilla essence 1 tsp Ice for Water bath Cherries for garnish For crumble White chocolate melted 3 tbso Cornflakes 2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Melted 3 tbsp Walnut 2 tbsp


  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup


  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup


  • Powdered sugar 3/ 4 cup


  • Salt 1 /4th teaspoon


  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon


  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon


  • Milk 1/2 cup


  • Curd 1/4 cup


  • Oil 4 tbsp


  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon


  • Walnut chopped 2 teaspoon


  • Sugar 5 tablespoon


  • Water 1 cup


  • Coffee 1 teaspoon


  • Chocolate 1/2 cup


  • Whipping cream 1/2 cup


  • Cherries 2 tbsp


  • White chocolate melted 3 tbsp


  • cornflakes 2 tablespoon


  • Dark chocolate melted 3 tablespoon


  • Wall nut 2 tablespoon

Directions

  • Sieve all dry ingredients
  • In a bowl ,mix all wet ingredients.. Milk,curd,oil,vanilla essence..whisk well
  • Add dry ingredients to wet Ingredients
  • Mix and whisk well
  • Add few finely chopped walnuts.. Very slowly mix it with spatula
  • Grease a baking tray and apply butter paper
  • Fill in mixture into tin..sprinkle few walnuts chopped
  • Preheat Oven to 150° C for 10 minutes
  • Bake brownie at 150 °C for 3o minutes.. Keep checking after 25 minutes till done
  • Melt both white and dark chocolate separately.. To white chocolate add cornflakes and spread it on butter paper.. After it dries..chop it.. Similarly to Dark chocolate add walnut..after dry chop it finely
  • Make ice bath.. In a big vessel add chilled water and ice cubes.. Now in this vessel place a bowl of cream.. Whip cream till it reaches smooth peaks..add in chocolate and essence..again whip.. Fill in piping bag.. Chocolate mousse is ready.
  • Cut brownie in rectangular shape..apply syrup.. Syrup is made by boiling water,coffee and sugar..let it cook for 4 minutes.. After cool, we can use.
  • Make Chocolate decorations of your choice..
  • Assembling First layer of brownie Second layer of Mousse and sprinkle of crumbles Third layer of chocolate sheet with cherries and garnish On both sides are crumbles..
