Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 1-for bottom layer

  • 4 packet of tiger choco chips biscuits- 40 gram each

  • Melted butter-50 gm

  • 1 tbsp chocolate sauce

  • 5-6 drops sprig vanilla

  • 2- for chocolate sauce

  • 2 step-

  • nutella-2 tbsp

  • milk-1 cup

  • 1 tsp sprig vanilla

  • 3 - step

  • Agar agar china grass -1 strip

  • 2 table spoon water

  • 4 -step

  • Whipped cream -150 gm

  • 5 - step

  • Dark chocolate 100 gm chopped

  • Cream -1/2 cup

  • 1 tbsp Condensed milk

  • 30 gm melted butter

  • Rocher-8 piece

Directions

    First cut one strip of china grass in to small pieces,,add two tbsp water or till the contents dissolved.

    Bring to a boil

    Let it set for 10 minutes

    In a blender blend all biscuits roughly

    Add melted butter

  • 06

    Spread the mixture in spring pan with the help of spatulla

    Let it sit in the refrigerator

    In a pan pour nutella,milk vanilla extract mix until well combined

  • 09

    In another bowl whisk cream till sift peak

    Add cream in nutella mix

    Spread this on biscuit layer,and again keep the pan in refrigerator for 30 min

    In a bowl combine darkchocolate , cream, condensed milk,butter and melt in microwave or double boiler

    pour chocolate sauce on second layer . spread all over

  • 14

    Now decorate the cake with ferrero rocher

  • 15

    Cut and serve
