Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • All purpose flour 2 cup


  • Sugar 1 cup


  • Butter 1 cup


  • Condensed milk 1 cup


  • Baking powder 1 tbs


  • Baking soda 1 tbs


  • Sprig vanilla essence 1 tbs


  • Strawberry jelly 2 cup


  • Whipped cream 1 cup


  • Gel food color black , green and yellow 1 drop


  • Sprinkles 2 tbs


  • Sugar syrup 1/2 cup

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add melted butter, sugar , condensed milk , strawberry jelly (1 cup), vanilla essence and whisk very well.
  • In another bowl sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda thrice.
  • Pour the dry ingredient into wet mixture laddle by laddle and combine. Add milk if required to make a smooth bater.
  • Now preheat the pan for 10 minutes with lid on and grease the tin. Now pour the batter and tap twice.
  • Next bake the cake for 45 minutes and check with toothpick after its done.
  • Demould the cake and allow it to cool completely. Cut the two layers of the cake.
  • Now assemble the cake by applying sugar syrup on the one layer then spread whipped cream evenly.
  • Place another layer of cake and now start giving the design of angry bird.
  • Apply red strawberry gel on the 3/4th part. Next spread whipped cream on the left portion and on the walls of cake.
  • Now divide the whipped cream into three parts and add black, green and yellow color and mix.
  • Make three piping bags and make eye details, beak , tail of birds.
  • Now spread some sprinkle and make design on the corners of cake.
  • Chill the cake for 30 minutes and then slice the cake and serve.
