  • All purpose flour 2 cup

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Butter 1 cup

  • Condensed milk 1 cup

  • Milk 1/2 cup

  • Baking powder 1 tbs

  • Baking soda 1 tbs

  • Sprig vanilla essence 1 tbs

  • Sliced apples 1 cup

  • Sugar for apple 1/2 cup

  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tbs

  • Lemon juice 1 tbs


  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes in 180°C. Grease the tin with butter and flour dust.
  • Now in a large mixing bowl pour melted butter, sugar , condensed milk and vanilla essense. Beat the mixture very well for about 5 minutes.
  • Next sive the flour ,baking powder ,baking soda thrice. Pour the dry ingredient into wet mixture and combine. Add little milk if required and invorporate to make a smooth bater.
  • Now in a mixing bowl stir sliced apple , powdered sugar, cinammon powder and lemon juice. Set aside.
  • Now pour the batter in prepared tin gently and tap twice. Now slowly place the apple slices one by one to make a pattern.
  • Now bake the cake for 35 minutes. When its done check with toothpick and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Dust some powdered sugar, slice the cake and serve.
