Soak raisin in orange juice for few hours or over night
Caramalize the sugar in a pan . When it is brown add 2tbsp of water and keep aside
In a mixing bowl add yoghurt and brown sugar and mix properly
Add oil and mix properly
Now add butter milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg powder amd mix properly
Mix and shift the dry ingredients twice
Now add the dry ingredients to tge wet in batches..
Finally add 3tbsp of hot water and mix properly
Bake the cake for 40 to 45mins in 180 degree celcius or skewer comes out clean
