Ingredients

  • 3 nos large eggs


  • 3/4 cups caster sugar(160g)


  • 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 2/3 cups salted butter(150g)


  • 1 nos large orange(juice+zest)


  • 1 tbsp orange gel


  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips


  • 2 tbsp whipping cream

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 10 x 4.5-inch (25x10 cm) loaf tin.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  • Sift in the flour with the baking powder, stirring well.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour it into the batter.
  • Juice and zest the fresh orange and incorporate.
  • Pour the batter into the loaf tin and bake for 40 minutes.
  • pour orange gel over cake and make your own design,and decorate using wipping cream.
  • place chocolate chips over cake.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
