Preheat oven to 180C for 10 minutes.
Beat eggs until foamy.
Add powdered sugar, milk, oil and sprigs all natural bourbon vanilla extract and again beat for 3-4 minutes.
Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder and coco powder 2-3 times.
Add the dry ingredients into wet and mix with a rubber spatula in a cut and fold method.
Pour in a greased loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes or a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool the cake completely.
Chop the dark compound.
Heat the cream in a pan and pour over the chocolate.
Let it sit for 2 minutes.
Mix until all chocolate melt.
Pour this melted chocolate over the loaf cake.
Refrezerate to let the ganache set.
In the mean time whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Divide the cream into 2 parts.
In one part mix pink colour and in the other part mix green.
Make designs according to your choice.
Chill and serve delicious chocolate loaf cake with dark chocolate ganache frosting.
