Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 150 gm maida


  • 150 gm ghee or butter


  • 180 gm powdered sugar


  • 60 gm rice flour


  • 8-9 drops vanilla essence 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp sprinkles


  • For candy...6 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp butter

Directions

  • Whisk butter or ghee with sugar till creamy
  • Add essence to this
  • Sieve maida,rice flour and salt and mix in butter mixture with light hand do not knead it just combine with soft hand
  • Wrap this mixture in cling foil and keep in fridge for half an hour
  • After half an hour take out from fridge and roll it with light hand
  • Cut roundles with cutter
  • In every roundles cut small round with cookie cutter it will look like ring
  • Arrange on baking tray and bake it on convection mode at 160° for 20 minutes
  • Let it cool down
  • Melt sugar and butter in a pan as sugar melts pour this mixture in the ring with spoon
  • Put sprinkles on it so that it get stick
