Ingredients

Serves 15

  • 150 gm maida

  • 150 gm ghee or butter

  • 180 gm powdered sugar

  • 60 gm rice flour

  • 8-9 drops vanilla essence 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp sprinkles

  • For candy...6 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp butter

Directions

    Whisk butter or ghee with sugar till creamy

    Add essence to this

  • 03

    Sieve maida,rice flour and salt and mix in butter mixture with light hand do not knead it just combine with soft hand

    Wrap this mixture in cling foil and keep in fridge for half an hour

  • 05

    After half an hour take out from fridge and roll it with light hand

    Cut roundles with cutter

  • 07

    In every roundles cut small round with cookie cutter it will look like ring

    Arrange on baking tray and bake it on convection mode at 160° for 20 minutes

    Let it cool down

  • 10

    Melt sugar and butter in a pan as sugar melts pour this mixture in the ring with spoon

  • 11

    Put sprinkles on it so that it get stick
