Eggless Fondont Cake.

Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Maida - 1 1/2 cup.


  • Condensed milk - 200 gm.


  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.


  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp.


  • Powder sugar - 1/2 cup.


  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.


  • Butter - 1/3 cup.


  • Milk - 1/2 cup.


  • Vineger - 1 tsp.


  • Sugar syrup - 1 table spoon.


  • Whipped cream - 2 table spoon.


  • Fondont - 1/2 kg.


  • Orange, yellow food colour - 2- 2 drops.

Directions

  • 1. Grease baking cake tin with oil and preheat the oven at 180℃.
  • In a bowl take butter which should beat room temperature.
  • Add condensed milk and powder sugar to it and beat till its light and fluffy.
  • Next seive maida, baking soda and baking powder in it and mix everything well.
  • Next add vanilla extract, vineger and milk and beat again to form a smooth lump free batter.
  • Pour the cake batter in greased tin and tap the side of the cake tin.
  • Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 30 mins.
  • Our cake is ready let it cool.
  • Take sugar syrup and brush on the cake.
  • Now take whipped cream for crumb coating.
  • Cover cake with cream, keep in freeze for 1 an hour.
  • Now take fondont, add orange colour in big portion and yellow in small portion.
  • Roll down the orange one.
  • Roll upon rolling pin and cover the cake.
  • Sat it on the cake carefully.
  • Remove extra parts.
  • Now make shirt coller, pocket and button in orange colour, Tie make yellow and white colours and sat on the cake in shirt shape.
  • Now your beautiful fondont cake is ready.
  • Cut into pieces and serve it.
