In a bowl add 200 gram grated carrot along with 2 tablespoon refind flour
Mix with your fingers until mixture turns lumpy
Now in another bowl add all purpose flour and 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon baking soda stire it well and keep on the side
Now in a separate bowl add 80 ml condensed milk and 100 gram soft butter .
Whisk it untill it reaches a smooth consistency
Add the dry ingredients in three parts along with 100 ml soda water .. whisk all together make sure there are no lumps.
Once you have smooth consistency add the carrots to the mixture and mix them all together
Grease your baking tin with butter...pour the mixture into it.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30-40 minutes or toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
For Frosting. . Add creme cheese, icing sugar, 1 teaspoon butter and vanilla extract. Mix it all together
Now spread the Frosting over the top . Garnish with carrot.
