Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 1 1/4 cup maida


  • 1/4 cup milk powder


  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  • 1/4 cup butter


  • 3/4 cup milk


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • Blue berry essence 5-6 drops


  • Blueberry crush 3 tbsp


  • Whipped cream 300 grams


  • Blue color 1 tsp or more

Directions

  • Mix maida,milk powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Mix butter and sugar until it becomes fluffy.
  • Mix all dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Add milk and mix well.
  • Add essence and mix well.
  • Now pour the batter into a dusted pan.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree.
  • Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180 degree.
  • Let it cool.
  • Cut it into three layer.
  • Put 1 layer on cake board.
  • Soak with sugar serup.
  • Apply cream and crush .
  • Repeat the same process
  • crumb coat the cake with whipped cream.
  • Now add color to the whipped cream.
  • Fill the piping bag with rossete nozzle..
  • Fill the cream in piping bag.
  • Now do the rossete design.
  • Complete the cake
  • Keep it in the freezer for 3 hours.
  • Your cake is ready to serve.
