  • Ingredients Maida - 3/4 cup Almond Powder - 3/4 cup Baking Powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 pinch Eggs - 3 Sugar - 1 cup Vanilla essense - 1 tsp Sunflower/ Canola Oil - 3/4 cup Raffaello : Descicated Coconut - 1 cup Condensed Milk - 3 tbsp Almonds - few Frosting Cream Cheese - 200 g Whipping Cream - 300 ml Sugar - 100 ml or 1/4 cup Vanilla Decoration: Canned Coconut Milk or sugar syrup for greasing Almonds & raspberries for decoration Recipe Link : https://youtu.be/NlSJGgHbi-8 Method: 1. Preheat Oven at 180 degrees. Line an 8 inch baking tray . Mix the dry ingredients together 2. Beat the eggs and sugar until creamy, add the vanilla essence and oil and mix well . 3. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. 4. Remove the cake from the tin and cool completely. 5. For the frosting, beat cream cheese and sugar until stiff peaks, To this add the whipping cream and beat until stiff. Raffaello : Mix the desiccated coconut and condensed milk, and shape into lemon sized balls with almonds as filling Layer the cake and brush with canned or fresh coconut milk and do the frosting.Once done, decorate with desiccated coconut , raffaello and almonds
