1 cup maida
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk powder
Butter 1/4 cup
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
Cream 200 gram
Dark chocolate 500 gram
1 tbsp butter for ganache
Seive maida,milk powder,cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
Cream butter and sugar until it becomes fluffy.
Add dry ingredients and mix well
Now add milk and mix well.
Pour batter into dusted pan.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree
Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180 degree
Let it cool.
Heat the cream in microwave for 1 minutes.
Add chocolate and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp butter and mix well
Put it in the fridge for setting
Now cover the cake with this ganache
Fill the ganache into the piping bag and make design like kisses chocolate.
Let the cake cool in fridger for 1 hour.
