Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 1 cup maida


  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder


  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  • 1/4 cup milk powder


  • Butter 1/4 cup


  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 3/4 cup milk


  • Cream 200 gram


  • Dark chocolate 500 gram


  • 1 tbsp butter for ganache

Directions

  • Seive maida,milk powder,cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Cream butter and sugar until it becomes fluffy.
  • Add dry ingredients and mix well
  • Now add milk and mix well.
  • Pour batter into dusted pan.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree
  • Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180 degree
  • Let it cool.
  • Heat the cream in microwave for 1 minutes.
  • Add chocolate and mix well.
  • Add 1 tbsp butter and mix well
  • Put it in the fridge for setting
  • Now cover the cake with this ganache
  • Fill the ganache into the piping bag and make design like kisses chocolate.
  • Let the cake cool in fridger for 1 hour.
