Preheat oven to 180C for 10 minutes.
Sieve all purpose flour and baking powder 2-3 times and keep aside.
Now beat the eggs until fluffy.
Add in milk, oil, Sprig all natural vanilla essence, Sprig all natural Demerara sugar and then beat again.
Now add the dry ingredients into wet.
Mix with a rubber spatula.
Now add the finely chopped apples into the batter.
Pour the batter in a greased loaf pan. Arrange sliced apples over it uniformly.
Now bake the cake for 30 minutes. If a toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done.
Cut and enjoy the cake endlessly.
