Preheat oven at 180°C
Shift flour , baking powder and baking soda together for 3-4 times.
In a separate bowl add yogurt, sugar, sprig vanilla extract and oil . Mix well till sugar dissolve.
Now add flour to it and mix using cut and fold method.
Now add milk gradually and mix using spatula to get a flowing consistency smooth batter.
Dont overmix the batter else cake will get hard.
Pour in a greased and lined pan. Tap to release any air bubble trapped.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 mins. Or till skewer inserted in middle of cake comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let it cool for 5-8 mins in pan.
Then invert on a wire rack and cool completely.
