  • 1 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp sprig vanilla extract

  • 3-4 types of fruit of your choice


  • Preheat oven at 180°C
  • Shift flour , baking powder and baking soda together for 3-4 times.
  • In a separate bowl add yogurt, sugar, sprig vanilla extract and oil . Mix well till sugar dissolve.
  • Now add flour to it and mix using cut and fold method.
  • Now add milk gradually and mix using spatula to get a flowing consistency smooth batter.
  • Dont overmix the batter else cake will get hard.
  • Pour in a greased and lined pan. Tap to release any air bubble trapped.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 mins. Or till skewer inserted in middle of cake comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool for 5-8 mins in pan.
  • Then invert on a wire rack and cool completely.
  • Decorate your cake using your creativity, available fruits and icing.
