1 Banana paste
1 and 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
Honey 1/3 of a cup
Butter 1/3 of a cup
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Curd 5/6 tsp
Milk 1/4 of a cup
A pinch of Salt 1/4 teaspoon se thoda kam
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients first, wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder.
In a separate bowl mix the banana smashed, butter, honey and yogurt.
Now mix the dry ingredients little by little with some milk in the Banana mix so that no lumps be there.
Grease a baking tin with butter and sprinkle little maida/ all purpose flour in it and pour the cake batter in it.
Preheat a microwave oven and bake it at 150 degree C for 40 min till the top is little brown in colour.
After the cake/ bread is done, let it cool down and then cut it into peices and serve.
