Ingredients

  • Maida 1 cup

  • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup

  • Powder sugar 1 cup

  • Curd 1 cup

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 1/4 cup

  • Vanilla essence 4-5 drops

  • Gems 5 packet

  • Kit kat 6-7

  • Chocolate 1/2 cup

  • Fresh Cream 1/4 cup

  • Whipped cream 300 gram

Directions

    Mix maida ,cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.

    Mix curd and sugar. Beat antil mix well

    Now add dry ingredients

    Add essence

  • 05

    Mix well until light and fluffy.

    Now add oil and mix

    Dust a pan with maida

  • 08

    Add batter into it

    Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree

    Now bake cake for 40 minutes at 180 degree

    Check with toothpick

    Let it cool

    Now cut the cake in 3 layers

    Apply cream

    Mix cream and chocolate and micro for 2 minutes

    Add Chocolate truffle

    Now repeat the process with another 2 layer

    Cover cake with whipped cream well

    Apply gems on sides

    Put sum gems on middle of the cake

    Put kitkat on appropriate place

    Pour some truffle on chocolates.

    Your cake is ready to serve
