Ingredients

Serves 12

  • 1 ,3/4cupall purpose flour

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 3/4cocoa powder

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1/2cup vegetable oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 teaspoon sprig vanilla extract

  • 1cup freshly brewed hot coffee

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 200 gram chopped dark chocolate

  • 1/2cup dark chocolate chips

  • 2 table spoon edible silver balls

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180℃

  • 02

    Grease bundt pan with butter and flour

  • 03

    Add flour ,sugar ,cocoa , baking soda ,baking powder,and salt and mix well

  • 04

    Mix buttermilk , oil , eggs ,and vanilla in another bowl.

    Transfer wet ingredients to the dry ingredients

    Whisk well

    Add coffee to the mixture and mix well

  • 08

    Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.

    Let cake cool completely before adding the ganache

  • 10

    To make ganache add heavy cream and chopped dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds..

    Using a fork add the chocolate ganache in a zigzag pattern .

  • 12

    Garnish with dark .chocochips and edible silver balls.
