Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 1 ,3/4cupall purpose flour


  • 2 cups sugar


  • 3/4cocoa powder


  • 2 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1teaspoon baking soda


  • 1/4teaspoon salt


  • 1 cup buttermilk


  • 1/2cup vegetable oil


  • 2 eggs


  • 2 teaspoon sprig vanilla extract


  • 1cup freshly brewed hot coffee


  • 1/2 cup heavy cream


  • 200 gram chopped dark chocolate


  • 1/2cup dark chocolate chips


  • 2 table spoon edible silver balls

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180℃
  • Grease bundt pan with butter and flour
  • Add flour ,sugar ,cocoa , baking soda ,baking powder,and salt and mix well
  • Mix buttermilk , oil , eggs ,and vanilla in another bowl.
  • Transfer wet ingredients to the dry ingredients
  • Whisk well
  • Add coffee to the mixture and mix well
  • Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
  • Let cake cool completely before adding the ganache
  • To make ganache add heavy cream and chopped dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds..
  • Using a fork add the chocolate ganache in a zigzag pattern .
  • Garnish with dark .chocochips and edible silver balls.
