Grind parle g biscuits in mixi to make a fine powder
Seieve biscuits powder baking powder baking soda and sugar
Add oil vanilla essence and make batter with milk
Grease the cake tin with oil and dust with flour
Poure batter in tin.
Bake the cake in preheated cooker for 25 min.
Check with toothpick
Cool it completely
Remove from tin .
Garnish with sugar powder and sounf balls
