Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder 2 times.
Then in a grinder add milk, chopped bettel leaves and little green food colour and then grind it well.
Add Sugar, 1/2 food colour and sprig gourmet vanilla extract in homemade cream and mix it up well and keep it aside.
Then add sieved flour in the cream mixture and add little little milk in between and make a fine paste.
Take muffins mould and transfer the batter into it.
Keep the moulds into the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Check with the help of the toothpick if properly baked, if it comes out clean then remove the mould.
Demould once cooled.
