  • All purpose flour 1 cups

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Homemade cream 1 cups

  • Bettel leaves 2 nos

  • Green food color 1/4 tsp

  • Powdered Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Sprig gourmet vanilla extract 1 tsp


  • Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder 2 times.
  • Then in a grinder add milk, chopped bettel leaves and little green food colour and then grind it well.
  • Add Sugar, 1/2 food colour and sprig gourmet vanilla extract in homemade cream and mix it up well and keep it aside.
  • Then add sieved flour in the cream mixture and add little little milk in between and make a fine paste.
  • Take muffins mould and transfer the batter into it.
  • Keep the moulds into the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Check with the help of the toothpick if properly baked, if it comes out clean then remove the mould.
  • Demould once cooled.
