Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 11/2 cup all purpose flour


  • 3/4 cup curd


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 3/4 cup sugar


  • 1 tsp sprig vanilla essence


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 cup blueberry jam


  • 250 gm whipped cream

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 180°
  • Mix two spoon sugar in half cup water
  • Sieve dry ingredients
  • Mix sugar,oil and curd in a mixing bowl till creamy
  • Add vanilla essence and mix
  • Add flour in batches and mix in cut and fold method
  • Transfer this batter in greased mould and bake for 25 minutes
  • Cool on wire rack
  • Cut it in two slices apply sugar syrup on one piece to moist it
  • Apply whipped cream evenly over and cover it with second piece
  • Moist it also with sugar syrup and cover it with whipped cream
  • Mix blueberry jam in whipped cream and fold it
  • Fill in piping bag and decorate it
