Preheat oven at 180°
Mix two spoon sugar in half cup water
Sieve dry ingredients
Mix sugar,oil and curd in a mixing bowl till creamy
Add vanilla essence and mix
Add flour in batches and mix in cut and fold method
Transfer this batter in greased mould and bake for 25 minutes
Cool on wire rack
Cut it in two slices apply sugar syrup on one piece to moist it
Apply whipped cream evenly over and cover it with second piece
Moist it also with sugar syrup and cover it with whipped cream
Mix blueberry jam in whipped cream and fold it
Fill in piping bag and decorate it
